Google Analytics Design Document

This e-learning course was designed to assist Lomi Boutique, an online shopping store, in enhancing their ability to analyze their clientele effectively. The goal was to tailor their services to meet customer needs more efficiently and ultimately boost revenue. This course offered a solution for both management and the data analysis team to effectively monitor and manage a variety of consumer data metrics.

Dog Grooming Design Document

This comprehensive design project was initiated to address the expansion plans of a pet spa, which aimed to establish its presence across multiple locations. The primary goal was to ensure uniformity and consistency in the operational standards across new and existing branches. This module equipped the audience with the knowledge and skills required to consistently produce efficient outcomes across all geographical locations.

Dropshipping Storyboard

This design was created to be a roadmap in launching a successful dropshipping business tutorial using the eLearning tool, Camtasia. The learner was guided through 15 manageable steps, providing expert insights and practical tips to set them on the path to e-commerce success. From selecting a niche to ensuring legal compliance, this video covers every aspect of starting and growing a dropshipping venture from the ground up.
